The present invention relates to an organic light emitting device (100) including an anode electrode (130) having an improved characteristic. The organic light emitting device (100) is constructed with a first electrode (130) including or consiting of indium tungsten oxide (IWO) so that the anode electrode (130) can be readily patterned, an organic light emitting layer (140) formed on the first electrode (130), and a second electrode (150) formed on the organic light emitting layer (140).
