A cutter for food grinders is provided to generate strong cutting power even with a small motor and to reduce the load delivered to components, thereby extending the lifetime of the food grinder. A food grinder contains a cutter(70). The cutter is installed between a cutting net(62) and a dual net(61) supported by a transfer screw(30). The cutter cuts foodstuffs transferred in a direction of a perforated net. The cutter has a pair of blades(71a,71b). The cutter has a long groove(72) inward. The both edge faces of the blade is formed higher than its inner face, which results from the groove. The blades are positioned on the dual net and cutting net. The 'V'-shaped groove is formed by the blades.
