PURPOSE: An alternator control device using a tire pressure monitoring system is provided to reduce fuel consumption without separate additional cost. CONSTITUTION: An alternator control device using a tire pressure monitoring system includes a tire pressure monitoring system, an alternator control state decision module, and an alternator. The tire pressure monitoring system(200) measures pneumatic pressure of a tire(101), and collects the measured information. The alternator control state decision module(300) determines a state of a traveling road of a vehicle through the measured information, and outputs an alternator voltage control signal according to the determined result. The alternator(400) controls and outputs the alternator voltage according to the alternator voltage control signal.
