An apparatus for separating construction waste is provided to discharge and separate construction wastes by the movement of a rotator. An apparatus for separating construction waste comprises: a base(110); a main body(120) with a body(123) installed on the top of the base; a moving unit(130) for moving the main body; a rotator(140) having a rotating body(141) on the top of the body; and a cutout unit(150) with a cover(151) by which a separated space(152) is formed on the top of the rotator. A supporting member(124) in a radial shape is located on the external of the body.
