PURPOSE: A method for receiving a disaster alarm message by using scheduling information included in system information in a mobile communication system is provided to receive the disaster alarm message through a downlink channel according to the scheduling information. CONSTITUTION: A method for receiving a disaster alarm message in a mobile communication system comprises the following steps of: receiving control information related to the alarm message through a control channel; and receiving the alarm message through a downlink channel according to the received control information.
