PURPOSE: A loess thermal plate and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to maintain initial heat once the loess thermal plate is heated, thereby keeping cooking temperature constant even with low heat. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a loess thermal plate comprises the following steps of: pulverizing loess with 15-20% moisture content to a size of 5mm or less; mixing 0.5-1 part of elvan and 100 parts of pulverized loess powder; putting the mixture into a mold and compression-molding it into a loess thermal plate; and naturally drying the produced loess thermal plate in a shade.
