PURPOSE: A method for testing the reliability of electronic parts manufacturing equipment and a method for testing the reliability of electronics parts manufacturing line are provided to apply an operation characteristic value of an operation module and compare with each other, and then updates the characteristic value of the virtual module. CONSTITUTION: A method for testing the reliability of electronic parts manufacturing equipment is comprised of the steps: a virtual module is formed by assembling a plurality of components having characteristic value which previously acquired; the reliability of the components is checked by using the active module corresponding to the virtual module is used; the virtual module is changed into the active module by receiving operation characteristic value from the outside in order; and characteristic value included in the changed operation module and the operation characteristic value are compared and the reliability is tested.
