PURPOSE: A hollow chair is provided, which can reduce fatigue by promoting blood circulation in the lower part of the body by adjusting posture of the lower part of the body. CONSTITUTION: A hollow chair comprises a hollow outside seat plate, a hollow inside seat back, a hollow inside seat plate, a hollow outside seat back, a rotating rod, a cylinder, and a shock absorber. In the hollow outside seat plate(1), the central part is formed hollow and a hollow plate is protruded from four side edges. In the inside seat plate(3), a rotation fixing concavo-convex is formed. In the hollow outside seat back(4), an axis of rotation is formed. In the rotating rod(5), a rotating rod bolt and a rotating rod hole are formed in the both side end points. The cylinder is comprised of a cylinder rod, a cylinder upper plate and a cylinder lower plate. The shock absorber is comprised of an absorber, an absorber upper plate, and an absorber lower plate.
