PURPOSE: A method for preparing an alcohol-free drink is provided to enable a consumer to drink everyday without the absorption of caffeine and alcohol. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing an alcohol-free drink comprises the following steps of: putting 2g Schisandrae Fructus in 0.5?“ water and heating at 100°C for 1 minute; leaving to stand for 4 hours and removing Schisandrae Fructus fruits; preparing 0.5?“ Schisandrae Fructus liquid; and diluting 1ml Japanese apricot(100-day-old sugared Japanese apricot) extract in 0.5?“ Schisandrae Fructus liquid. The alcohol-free liquid removes the oily taste of meat when used in cooking the meat.
