PURPOSE: A unit for testing an application state of an oxide preventing material and an apparatus for manufacturing electronic parts are provided to reduce a failure rate of the finished product by mounting only electronic component in which the oxide film prevention material is uniformly coated at a base surface. CONSTITUTION: A unit for testing an application state of an oxide preventing material is composed of an oxide film prevention material coating unit(400) and a testing unit(500). The oxide film prevention material coating unit coats the oxide film prevention material emitting the light the outside. The testing unit checks normal coating of the region with the oxide film prevention material by sensing the light. The oxide film prevention material is a flux including a fluorescent material, and the testing unit includes a light source, a pick-up device, and a controller.
