PURPOSE: A synchronous device for mounting a vehicle door is provided to remove separate tools on vehicle standards by leading tools of all standards for mounting a vehicle door together with a vehicle body through one device. CONSTITUTION: A synchronous device for mounting a vehicle door includes a base, a hook, a control plate, and a guide. The base(20) is transferred according to a transfer line with a vehicle body. The hook(30) is installed in the base, and is inserted to a hinge for mounting a door included in the vehicle body. The control plate is installed in the base, and controls an angle of the door to be installed in the vehicle body. The guide(50) is installed in the control plate, and couples a mounter which performs an operation for mounting the door to the vehicle body.
