HEATING ELEMENT AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME

A heating element and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to simplify a manufacturing process by forming a conductive heating pattern with a printing method. A heating element includes a resin film, a conductive heating pattern, a bus bar, a power supply, and a transparent substrate. The conductive heating pattern is arranged in at least one side of the resin film. The line width of the conductive heating pattern is 100 micrometer or below. An aperture ratio of the conductive heating pattern is 70 to 99 %. The bus bar is positioned in both ends of the conductive heating pattern. The power supply is connected to the bus bar. The transparent substrate is arranged in at least one side of the resin film with the conductive heating pattern.
