A cosmetic composition of loess pack is provided to ensure moisturization effect without irritation on the skin and easily use with various solvents. A cosmetic composition of loess pack comprises a mixture of 20-80 weight parts of charcoal and loess and 40-90 weight parts of extracts of pine needle and Quercus. The composition comprises 0.05 weight% of wild ginseng extract, astaxanthin, and collagen and 10-45 weight% of adjuvant additive selected in natural oil, melhydran, collagen, alphahycroxy acid, gelatin, albutin, betain, rosemarin, or linseed oil. The composition further comprises pigment, antioxidant, dye, and perfume.
