A 7alpha-aminobisnorsteroid derivative or its pharmaceutically acceptable salt, its preparation method, and an anticancer composition containing the derivative are provided to synthesize an aminosteroid compound where an amino group is introduced by one step reaction. A 7alpha-aminobisnorsteroid derivative is represented by the formula 1, wherein R1 is an amino group, a tert-butyloxycarbonylamino group, a C1~C5 alkylamino group or a polyamino group; R2 is an amino group, a tert-butyloxycarbonylamino group, a C1~C5 alkylamino group, -OH, a C1~C5 alkylcarbonyloxy group or a polyamino group; and R3 is -OH, a sulfate group, a hydroxy (C1~C4) alkyl group, a trialkylsilyloxy (C1~C4) alkyl group or a C1~C4 alkoxycarbonyl group.
