An epidemics prevention and pest control machine for vehicle mount is operated by one method selected among a method for running the compressed air generator by mounting an independent electric generator on a vehicle, a method for running the compressed air generator by using a power inverter converting the DC power into the AC power instead of the independent electric generator, and a method for using the power inverter converting the DC power into the AC power as the power source by charging the battery.
