A valve which is not recharged is provided to prevent the decrease of safety and reliability and the marketing loss due to the recharge of one-time-use fuel. A valve which is not recharged is composed of a stem(110), a stem gasket(120), an outer cylinder(130), an inner cylinder, a spring(160), a housing(170), and a mounting cup. A gas gateway(111) in which gas flows in and out is perpendicularly formed. The outer circumference of the gas gateway is connected to an orifice(112). The orifice is opened/closed by the stem gasket. One end of the stem is inserted in the outer cylinder. The inner cylinder is inserted in the outer cylinder. The spring surrounds the outer circumference of the outer cylinder. The stem, the outer cylinder, the inner cylinder, and the spring are combined within the housing. The mounting cup is combined to the upper part of the housing.
