A semiconductor integrated circuit and a condenser microphone are provided to supply the second register to the first capacitor and the first diode to increase a time constant of the entire circuit and extend an ESD discharging time, thereby protecting the entire circuit from damages due to an over current. The first register and the second register are serially connected between a drain of an output transistor(MN1) and an output terminal. A power terminal is connected to a source of the output transistor. The first capacitor(C1) is arranged between the power terminal and a contact point between the first and second registers. The first diode is connected in parallel with the first capacitor. The third register is serially connected to the second register and the output terminal. The second capacitor is arranged between the power terminal and a contact point between the second and third registers. The second diode is connected in parallel with the second capacitor. |
