A cosmetic composition for anti-wrinkle is provided to smoothly supply oxygen to the skin and reduce the generation rate of skin trouble. A cosmetic composition for anti-wrinkle comprises 2-30 weight parts of polyacrylate crosspolymer, 0.01-10 weight part of neutralizing agent, 0.01-20 weight parts of perfluorodecalin and 40-97.98 weight parts of general cosmetic product. The neutralizing agent is alkali. The cosmetic composition is used in the form of essence, nutrition lotion, nutrition cream, nutrition pack or emulsifying foundation.
