A METHOD FOR TRANSMITTING GROUP ACK/NACK IN COMMUNICATION SYSTEM

A method for transmitting group ACK/NACK in a communication system is provided to transmit group feedback about multi feedback showing whether data received for the entire transmission unit time has error in transceiving feedback, thereby reducing a signaling overhead. At least one data unit is transmitted to a receiving terminal during a fixed time unit. Group feedback showing whether at least one data unit has an error is received in the receiving terminal. A control channel transmitted from the receiving terminal is blind-decoded by a wireless network temporary identifier for broadcasting information to obtain control information of the group feedback. The group feedback is obtained through a down-link common channel by using the control information. The group feedback is a group ACK only when there is no error in at least one transmitted data unit. Otherwise, the group feedback is a group NACK.
