A power saving type power source supply for controlling a power source is provided to reduce unnecessary power waste by minimizing reactive power in all devices using an SMPS(Switching Mode Power Supply). An EMI(Electromagnetic Interference) filter unit(102) removes a high frequency noise from an inputted AC voltage. An AC-DC rectifier(104) converts the AC voltage to the DC voltage. A charging voltage/current controller(106) limits the rush current generated in a charging process of an emergency energy charging unit(108). The emergency energy charging unit supplies a stable power to a load in a power failure. An auxiliary power supply(112) supplies the power to a control device of the AC-DC rectifier. A sensor/power on switch unit(118) transmits the signal for driving the device to a microcontroller automatically or passively. A power converter(122) converts the power received from the AC-DC rectifier to the voltage suitable for the device. A conversion power external output controller(121) controls the power of the external device. |
