A red ginseng producing apparatus is provided to maintain the inner temperature of an extracting vessel to 100°C or less in order to prevent the evaporation of saponin. A red ginseng producing apparatus comprises a main body(10), drying unit(20), lamp(30), fan(40), heater(50), extracting vessel(60), temperature sensor(110), controller(120), input unit(130), steamer(70), first and second cooling units(80,90) and air chamber. The main body has a vessel mounting part, drying part(14), receiving hole, inlet(17) and outlet. The lamp removes the moisture from ginseng. The fan forcedly circulates the air within the drying unit. The heater generates the heat. The controller controls the lamp, fan and heater. The input unit inputs the driving signals of the lamp, fan and heater. The steamer has steam flow holes(72) on it. The first and second cooling units condense the steam successively. The first cooling unit has a plurality of vapor holes(82). The air chamber stores the hot air. |
