A manufacturing method of an intended steel pile and a head reinforcing member is provided to reduce the construction cost and the processing time by removing a bolt coupling process in the head reinforcing task. A manufacturing method of an intended steel pile and a head reinforcing member comprises followings. A steel pipe pile(10) is hammered to the stable ground and it fixes. A plurality of head reinforcing members(16) is manufactured. Using each cross groove(12b) formed in the head reinforcing member, a plurality of head reinforcing members is crossed. An inlet stopping step(12a) of the head reinforcing member is stuck in an entrance ring shape ending(11) of the steel pipe pile. The head reinforcing member is inserted inside the entrance of the upper side terminal of the steel pipe pile. After an annular mold steel plate(14) is settled, a longitudinal axis band steel insert hole connects an annular lateral tie hoop(13) and a longitudinal axis tie hoop in order to make a tie hoop assembly. The placing concrete and cure work are performed after binding the tie hoop assembly and head reinforcing member. |
