An aerosol container equipped with the fixing ring combination of a valve and a pouch is provided to reduce the manufacturing cost and to increase the pressure resistance of a container by filling gas or compressed air through the top of a container. An aerosol container equipped with the fixing ring combination of a valve and a pouch is composed of a container(140), valve(110), a pouch(130), and a fixing ring(120). The container has an inner space and an entrance is formed in the top of the container. The valve is mounted to the entrance of the container. The pouch is inserted in the container, and the entrance is combined to the circumference of the valve. The fixing ring surrounds the combination unit of the pouch and the valve. The valve has a tilt valve. The pouch is made of polypropylene material or polyethylene material.
