A testing device and a testing method are provided to obtain the communications critical distance from the high precision by using the proper standards electric field intensity of the distance reference mode. The RFID tag testing device(1) comprises the stripline cell(100), the reader writer(200) and control device(300). The reader writer is connected to the control device through the first cable(41). The strip line cell is connected to the reader writer through the second cable(42). The strip line cell has the first conductor board(101) and the second conductor board(102) facing the first conductor board. One end of the first conductor board is connected to the second cable. The command signal is supplied to the first conductor board from the reader writer through one end of the first conductor board. The other end of the first conductor board is connected to the terminating resistance(103). The reader writer receives the command about the RFID tag (T1) from the control device. The reader writer produces the command signal based on command. The output level about the strip line cell is designated to the reader writer from the control device. |
