An apparatus for crushing food garbage is provided to prevent leakage of wastewater to the outside casing, and to adjust a formation angle of a blade part simply while improving grinding, separating, sorting, and discharging efficiency of the apparatus. An apparatus for crushing food garbage includes a grinding part(10), an inert matter separating and discharging part(20), a screen part(30), a tank(40), and a discharge part(50). The grinding part includes a crusher(11) and a grinding part casing(12). The inert matter separating and discharging part includes a grinding part upper space(21), a food garbage inlet(22), an inert matter discharge path(23), an inert matter suction fan(24), an upper casing(25), and a gate(26). The screen part comprises a screen(31) and a screen interval adjustment unit(32). The tank has a crushed material vent(41) formed on the bottom. The discharge part comprises a transfer screw(51), a drive motor(52) and a vent(53). The inert matter discharge path includes an upward inclined path(231), a horizontal path(232), and a downward inclined path(233). |
