An elastic pavement and a construction method thereof are provided to enhance the adhesive force of the primer layer, the adhesion stiffening layer, and the elastic surface layer placed on the concrete base layer in the elastic pavement, thereby suppressing delamination of the elastic pavement resulting from the infiltration of water effectively. An elastic pavement comprises a concrete base layer(10), a primer layer(20) placed on the concrete base layer to enhance the coherence of an elastic surface layer and the concrete base layer, the elastic surface layer(40) which is made of a mixture of a polyurethane based binder and EPDM chip or urethane chip and placed on the primer layer, an adhesive reinforcement layer(30) which is formed between the primer layer and the elastic surface layer to increase the coherence of the elastic surface layer and the primer layer and maximize the stability of the elastic surface layer, and a delamination preventive members(50) which are installed through the elastic surface layer, the primer layer and the adhesion stiffening layer and located at certain intervals to prevent delamination of the elastic pavement and consist of delamination preventive fastener and anchor sets. |
