A complex material manhole cover, a complex material manhole assembly and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce fabrication cost and facilitate construction by using complex material consisting of glass fiber and synthetic resin and reducing weight. A complex material manhole cover(200) comprises a glass fiber layer and a synthetic plastic layer(230). The synthetic plastic layer is contacted with the glass fiber layer in order to be infiltrated into the glass fiber layer. The glass fiber layer comprises glass fiber frames(220,240) contacted with the synthetic plastic layer. The glass fiber layer comprises a glassfiber sheet(210) contacted with the glass fiber frame. The synthetic plastic layer comprises the unsaturated polyester resin. The synthetic plastic layer includes more quartz. The thickness of the complex material manhole cover is getting increased toward the central part. An anti-abrasion layer(250) is formed on the upper end of the complex material manhole cover. |
