PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a damping material allowing a base polymer to be significantly damped by the addition of only a damping filler, having excellent damping property and simultaneously having electromagnetic wave absorption property and heat dissipation property. SOLUTION: The damping filler comprising expansive graphite is blended in the base polymer. The base polymer comprises one of a rubber-based polymer or a polymer alloy containing the rubber-based polymer, and 50-200 pts.wt. damping filler per 100 pts.wt. base polymer is blended.
