PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable terminal device which can acquire positional data from a GPS, and carry out format creation of diaries, blogs, etc. SOLUTION: The device has a function which acquires the positional data from the GPS, discriminates that it is in a destination if it stays at the position within a certain range for a longer duration than a setting time, and creates formats of destination staying data from a staying time in the destination, and the diaries, the blogs, etc. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
