Disclosed is a device for receiving data broadcast signal. More specifically, the device includes a memory (133) configured to store data, a primary tuner (102) configured to synchronize at least one transmit stream (TS) of the selected channel, a secondary tuner (103) configured to synchronize each of all available channels in sequential order, a TS processing unit (104) configured to convert the at least one TS into audible audio, displayable video, and displayable data broadcast, a controller (100) configured to determine channels which provide data broadcast from the synchronized channels from the secondary tuner (103) and to store a channel list, which includes channels determined to provide data broadcast, a display module (138) configured to display the channel list on a screen, and at least one speaker (137) configured to audio output of the channel. Methods for using the device are also disclosed. |
