<p>Disclosed is a method for quantitatively analyzing a gas that can accurately determine the content of molecules of a plurality of components contained in a sample in real time based on a gas obtained from the sample utilizing ionization treatment without cleavage. The method comprises a thermogravimetric measurement step of finding the weight of a gas obtained from a sample in which the content of the target molecules is unknown (S32), an integrated intensity measurement step of ionizing the gas by soft ionization treatment to find mass analysis data (I) (m/z, t), finding a mass chromatogram based on the mass analysis data, and finding the integrated intensity of a peak waveform in the mass chromatogram (S33 to S40), and a quantitative determination-computation step of finding the content of the target molecules based on the weight of the gas determined in the thermogravimetric measurement step and the integrated intensity found in the integrated intensity measurement step (S40).</p> |
