<p>Based on a received an RF signal, an RFID reader generates a comparison signal for judging whether or not an RFID tag exists in the recognition range of the RFID reader. In addition, the RFID reader generates a switching signal based on how often the comparison signal has been received in a certain time. Corresponding to the switching signal, a power-saving device supplies the power from the outside to an electronic device or cuts off the power consumed by the electronic device in standby completely.</p> |
