Disclosed is a prepreg which is obtained by impregnating reinforcing fibers with a polymerizable composition, which contains a cycloolefin monomer, a polymerization catalyst, a crosslinking agent and a cyclic phosphorus flame retardant of a ring structure having a phosphorus atom in the ring structure, and then polymerizing the composition. A laminate can be obtained by laminating a plurality of the prepregs or the prepregs and another material and then curing the prepregs.
