<p>The invention relates to the field of cancer treatment using therapeutic antibodies. More specifically, the invention relates to a trifunctional bispecific monoclonal antibody with specificities against HER-2 and a T-cell specific cell surface protein for use in a method of treatment of HER-2 over-expressing tumors that exhibit a resistance against monospecific anti-HER-2 antibodies and/or tyrosine kinase inhibitors.</p>
