<p>Disclosed is a grasping device capable of grasping a laminate of optical sheets without damaging the optical sheets and without integrating the optical sheets by bonding and so on. A grasping device (1) comprises a pair of grasping members (11, 12), and a supporting part (13) which so support the pair of grasping members (11, 12) that the grasping members can approach to is separated from each other in the displacement direction (Z), and a laminate (20) of optical sheets is grasped by the pair of grasping members (11, 12) from the opposite sides in the thickness direction of the laminate. Surface portions (11a, 12a) of the grasping members (11, 12) abutting on the laminate (20) of optical sheets has a Durometer hardness prescribed in JIS K6253:2006 of A50 or less.</p> |
