<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a fiber reinforced material, which manufactures efficiently and inexpensively the fiber reinforced material with a plurality of reinforcing fiber sheets embeded with a space, irrespective of a shape thereof, and also to provide a manufacturing device used therefor, a winder used in the manufacturing device, and a segment manufactured by the manufacturing method. <P>SOLUTION: This manufacturing method for the fiber reinforced material comprises: a first process for forming a roll material R1 while winding a reinforcing fiber S around locking members 31, a roll material R2 while winding the reinforcing fiber S around locking members 32, 33, in the periphery of the roll material R1 with a space, and further a roll material R3; and a second process for filling a molding die 200 mounted with a unit comprising the roll materials R1, R2, R3, with a solidifying liquid K, and for solidifying the solidifying liquid K to mold the fiber reinforced materials W1, W2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
