<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device allowing easy and rapid display of an imaged image even when a user is not positioned near the display device. <P>SOLUTION: This display device has a mail analysis means deciding whether an attached image has a predetermined image format when the attached image is present in a received electronic mail. The mail analysis means decides whether the attached image has a data size within a predetermined range. When the received image satisfies partial or all conditions as the result of the decision, an image processing means performs display processing of the attached image by use of a display means. When it is decided by the mail analysis means that the attached image of the received mail does not correspond to the predetermined image format or when it is decided that a size of the attached image exceeds the predetermined range, a resending request means transmits a notification mail showing a resending request to a transmission source of the image-attached mail by use of a communication means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
