<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell power generation device in which heat conduction from a vessel to atmosphere is suppressed and an energy efficiency of the whole of the power generation device can be improved, and an electronic device having this. <P>SOLUTION: The power generation device 100 is provided with a second vessel 6 housing inside a fuel cell portion 4 provided with a power generation cell which extracts electric power by a reaction of a reactant and output electrodes 71, 72 which output the electric power extracted by the power generation cell and the whole of the power generation cell and the output electrodes 71, 72 and is provided with a first vessel 5 housing inside the second vessel 6.
