<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting device which can prevent deterioration of luminance of a light-emitting element and a malfunction of the light-emitting element by effectively discharging heat generated from the light-emitting element even though a plurality of light-emitting elements are mounted and is highly reliable at fewer possibility of the malfunction while maintaining high output. <P>SOLUTION: The lighting device includes a plurality of metal plates 2 respectively arranged at separated states, the plurality of light-emitting elements 3 mounted on the metal plate 2, an insulating section 4 connecting and fixing the adjacent metal plates 2 and functioned as a housing of the light-emitting element 3, and a resin sealing section 5 molded to seal the light-emitting element 3 in resin at a zone formed by the insulating section 4. The heat generated in the light-emitting element 3 is directly transmitted to the metal plate 2 since the light-emitting element 3 is die-bonded on the metal plate 2, and the heat can be radiated from the whole surface of the metal plate 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
