<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tubular container with a closing film having excellent preservability of contents by the time when the container is unsealed, and a tube obtained by filling the content in the tubular container. <P>SOLUTION: The tubular container with the closing film includes a tubular container 1, and a cap 15 threadedly engaged with a male thread part of a mouth part 2 of the tubular container 1. (1) The tubular container includes a check valve 23 which is fitted to the mouth part with its valve element fitted therein, and the closing film 29 formed on the mouth part above the check valve. (2) The cap has a needle body for punching the closing film of the tubular container on a top face part.
