<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely introduce oil in an oil passage formed along the axial line of a rotary shaft supported by a ball bearing with a simple structure. <P>SOLUTION: An oil sump 41 keeping the oil passage 33a of a rotary shaft 33 open is provided between a casing 15 and a shaft end of a rotary shaft 33 supported in the casing 15 through the medium of a ball bearing 29. A plurality of ribs 15c radially extending taking the axial line L of the rotary shaft 33 as a center are formed on the inner wall surface of the casing 15. The radial inside of the rib 15c is curved in a rotating direction of the rotary shaft 33 so that oil inside the oil sump 41 is dragged to be rotated when the ball bearing 29 is rotated with the rotation of the rotary shaft 33. At that time, rotating oil is guided to a plurality of ribs 15c to be collected on the radial inside, and pressurized to be forcibly supplied in the oil passage 33c of the rotary shaft 33.
