<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light source apparatus with excellent color rendering property for fresh food, colored fibrous object, gem and metal. <P>SOLUTION: The light source apparatus with LED elements loaded on a substrate is provided with, on a top section of the LED elements, a transparent body having a smooth projecting surface and consisting of a colored resin.
