<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a situation where a driving force applied to a control valve from an electric actuator may be slightly changed to constrain progression of wearing and deterioration in component parts of the electric actuator. <P>SOLUTION: The controller includes an opening detection means 17 to detect an opening of a control valve 9 that is driven by an electric actuator 11. A control unit 21 sets up a target opening for the control valve 9, and operates the electric actuator 11 in accordance with a difference between the target opening and detected opening. When a given requirement including at least a condition that the absolute difference is smaller than a given value is satisfied, power supply to the electric actuator 11 is shut down so that no driving force may be generated by the electric actuator 11. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
