<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an IC tag housing body whose communication performance does not deteriorate even when the IC tag housing body is attached to a person and used and which has excellent communication with a reader and enables management in a worker unit to be easily performed. <P>SOLUTION: The IC tag housing body 1 comprises an IC tag 3 and a body 5 housing the IC tag 3. A body 5 is a triangularly prismatic box body comprising a back surface, 7 side surfaces 9 and 11, and bottom surfaces 13 and 15, and a pocket for housing the IC tag 3 is formed on inner side of the side surface 9.
