ACOUSTIC COMMUNICATION SYSTEM, VOICE COMMUNICATION APPARATUS, AND VOICE COMPRESSION CHANGE METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acoustic communication system capable of performing an acoustic communication by using a voice communication parameter suitable for the communication environment of a network.

SOLUTION: A first voice communication apparatus includes a network state detection means for measuring the communication environment of the network which is the moving route of packets, and a network state transmission means for notifying a communicating party of the voice communication parameter suitable for the reception of packetized acoustic signals on the basis of the communication environment measured in the network state detection means. A second voice communication apparatus includes a setting means for identifying the voice communication parameter notified from the first voice communication apparatus and performing setting for generating the acoustic signals to be transmitted to the first voice communication apparatus on the basis of the voice communication parameter.
