PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To change an IP address to be distributed to a plurality of inner units connected to a main unit, substantially in real time in response to a change of an IP address for external communications of the main unit. SOLUTION: The inner units obtain a temporary address by using DHCP (603) and obtain a true IP address by using the temporary address (604). When receiving a notification of a change of the IP address from the main unit (608), the inner units communicate with the main unit by using the current true IP address as a temporary IP address and receives another true IP address (604).
