PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the labor and time of a user for deleting information stored in a storage device. SOLUTION: When receiving interrupt notification from a measurement part 15, a control part 14 makes an inquiry to the presence/absence of USB power supply to a power source controller 12, and commands power supply from a secondary battery when there exists no USB power supply, and requests a current time to the measurement part 15. Then, the control part 14 requests the storage time of each file to a memory controller 16, and adds a prescribed time to them as a delete time, and creates a delete list based on the comparison result of the delete time and the current time, and updates the interruption time. Then, when it is confirmed that the voltage of the secondary battery is sufficient by the power source controller 12, the control part 14 commands the main controller 16 to delete the file described in the head of the delete list, and deletes the pertinent file name from the delete list when the file is deleted.
