PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication terminal device and a computer program that prevents delay of contact by flexibly determining urgency supposing that senders' degree of urgency increases as receptions per predetermined unit time increases. SOLUTION: When receiving an external call signal (S101) or receiving email (S102), the communication terminal device counts the number of receptions per predetermined unit time from each sender and determining a degree of urgency corresponding to the counted result (S107). The communication terminal device then determines an output frequency depending on the determined degree of urgency (S110) and outputs an incoming report that is information for urging a reply to the sender according to the determined output frequency (S111).
