PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nameplate which can be easily attached to an attaching surface such as a wall surface of the entrance or a gate post or the like in exact posture, and also easily detached, and is excellent in design and durability. SOLUTION: The nameplate is provided with at least two washers 3 at the back of a nameplate body part 2 where a display part 10 displaying a family name or a full name or the like is formed on its surface through first spacers 7 respectively, and is provided with support levers 4, each extending from a center part of the washer to the back. Then, the nameplate body part 2 is attached in such a state that the support levers are inserted in support holes 12 formed on the attaching surface 11 such as the wall surface W and the washers are bonded to the attaching surface.
