PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adjusting mechanism having a simple structure and a small number of parts, and a lens barrel having the adjusting mechanism. SOLUTION: The adjusting mechanism having a holding member 5 for holding a first lens L1, and a lens barrel body 3 on which the holding member 5 is mounted through a plurality of adjusting screws 7, adjusts the turning amount of the adjusting screws 7 to adjust the inclination of an optical axis of the first lens L1. The adjusting mechanism comprises a C-shaped clip 9 fitted to the adjusting screw 7 to suppress the relative movement of the holding member 5 and lens barrel body 3. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
